About the founder
Hey, I’m Jess. I started MILK because I saw so many MSPs and IT companies struggling with the same thing: marketing that felt either too boring, too expensive, or too out-of-touch.
They were either stuck doing it all themselves, hiring agencies that didn’t “get” the channel, or relying on AI tools that churned out lifeless content. I wanted to build something better.
So I built MILK.
We’re a small, creative studio made up of people who know the space and actually like marketing. We work with growing MSPs, scrappy startups, SaaS founders, and channel vendors who are tired of wasting money on strategies that don’t stick.
At MILK, we keep things smart, fun, and human. We use AI to move faster, but every post, campaign, and design is still handcrafted by real people who care. You won’t find recycled templates or generic copy here. We’re personal, strategic, and invested in your growth.
